REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

After submitting the on-line registration you will be provided with automatic e-mail confirmation. After the registration fee is paid, you will receive a payment confirmation from the congress secretariat.

 

REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & CHANGES

Send your cancelation notice (with your name, address and registration number) to e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The appropriate refunds will be made after the congress.

  • Refund of registration fees, with 25 Euro administrative charge deducted, is possible if written application reaches the congress secretariat before 30th June, 2011.
  • Cancellations received on or before 31st of July, 2011 will receive a 50% refund of registration fees paid.
  • Cancellation received on or after August 31, 2011 will receive 0% refund of registration fees paid.

If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason, you will have the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing about any name change. A handling fee of 10 EUR will be charged for each name change.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & CHANGES

The following cancellation conditions will apply:

  • Cancellation received before August 1st, 2011: 10% of total amount for accommodation
  • Cancellation received on or after August 1st, 2011 and prior to August 15th, 2011: 25% of total amount of the confirmed accommodation will be charged
  • Cancellation received on or after August 15, 2011 and prior to September 01, 2011: 50% of total amount of the confirmed accommodation will be charged
  • Cancellation received on or after September 01, 2011 and prior to September 10, 2011: 75% of total amount of the confirmed accommodation will be charged
  • Cancellation received on or after September 10, 2011: 100% of total amount of the confirmed accommodation will be charged
  • Refunds will be processed after the Congress.

INVOICES

Official invoices will be issued upon receipt of full payment and can be collected at the registration desk of the congress venue. All fees are quoted in EUR.

DEADLINE FOR ACCOMMODATION

Due to heavy demand and to the fact that distribution of rooms in many hotels is limited, accommodation cannot be guaranteed after August 31st, 2011 although Congress Secretariat will make every effort to meet participant’s requirements. Any reservation made after August 31st, 2011 is subject to availability.

RESPONSIBILITY

SIETAR Europa declines all responsibility for objects lost or stolen, or for accidents incurred by people or goods, regardless of their origin. All oral agreements are to be confirmed in writing.
