This webinar, presented by George Simons, will explore how the energies of what we tend to see as difficult clients and participants can be dealt with and drawn upon to increase the effectiveness of a training program. Take aways: In this webinar you will learn to:
• manage client intake in order to explore and clarify objectives to avoid putting ourselves in a no-win situation with our clients and participants. Six questions you must ask
• acknowledge participants’ levels of engagement and interest, particularly in mandated programs. Dealing with prisoners, vacationers and volunteers
• recognizing and managing the 10 plagues of training. Using learners to manage other learners’ issues
• identify and deal with the pain behind certain forms of learner resistance.
• use gestalt principles to neutralize and then engage resistant participants in the conduct of a seminar or training program
• form working trainer partnerships and participant teams
Important: the scheduled time is 4PM (Central European Time, GMT +01:00). Make sure to check your Time Zone
