Fundraising Committee

Tasks: Fundraising in corporate and public organisations. Preparation of grant applications.Collecting SIETAR Europa´s projects. Public relations.
Competence in Intercultural Professions
Coordinator: George Simons
Task: Creating involvement in the discussion of and development of professional standards for the intercultural fields with a view to examining the appropriateness of SIETAR establishing a certification process satisfying the members needs for identity recognition and their clients' needs for confidence in the work of the field.
Academic Relations
Coordinator: Rob Johnson
Tasks: Nourishing relations with Universities, creation of international database of the study programmes involving intercultural aspects
Internship Programme

Direct Member Club:

Task: Keeping two-way communication between the Board and the direct membership, keeping the exchange platform for direct members ( LinkedIn), involving direct members in life of the organisation
Nascent SIETARs

Task: Give asistance and support to groups on their way to create a local SIETAR group in Europe; analyze proposals of groups; to coach those that are accepted into full fledged SIETARs.

Task:Coordinating discussions about the Congress 2011, exploring potential sites for future congresses
Collective Memory

Task: collecting relevant information for the SEU board from ex presidents archives. This info can be used as a frame of reference on dynamics of development of the organisation
Film Festival

Task: Organizing FilmFestivals for SIETAR congresses. Selecting and inviting films & directors for Q&A . Prepare budget and attend filmfestivals with intercultural topics.
