Dear SIETARians,

The Virtual Events Team is accepting proposals for 2019 webinars, and the deadline for submission has been extended to October 20th 2018.

If you are working on a proposal for the SIETAR Europa 2019 Congress in Leuven, this is a chance to increase exposure and generate interest to your topic by introducing it in a webinar before the Congress. The selection process is independent, but your webinar will be scheduled in the period leading to the Congress (January - May 2019).

We strive to offer SIETAR members as many opportunities as possible for learning, increasing knowledge and making contact with the greater SIETAR Community, and webinars are a great celebration of that. The 2018 webinars are proving to be as popular as in previous years. The so far 11 webinars organized this year have attracted close to 300 attendees, and we have feedback in place to support us with permanently improving the quality of our webinars.

We are looking forward to offering a very interesting selection of webinars in 2019. So, if you are interested in presenting a webinar next year, please submit your proposal via this SIETAR Europa 2019 Webinar Proposal form, by  October 20th 2018.  If you have any questions, you may contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Please note that only submissions using the SIETAR Europa template will be accepted.

In order to host the webinars, SIETAR Europa provides speakers with access to our ZOOM platform, which is the only tool we use for webinars. All the webinars are uploaded to the SIETAR Europa YouTube Channel here and made available via link on the SIETAR Europa website, which gives presenters high visibility in the intercultural field.

We thank you in advance for respecting these guidelines which will enable us to promote the webinars in a timely fashion.

We look forward to receiving your proposal.

Warm regards,
The Virtual Events Team

Dear SIETARians,

on behalf of the Virtual Events Team we would like to invite you to join our highly interactive CCC-Breaks by providing us with your burning questions.

You are asking yourself what does CCC-Break stands for?
Well, it is a Cross-Cultural Coffee Break: every participant grabs a cup of coffee (cappuccino, latte macchiato, espresso, you name it) and dives into a vivid exchange on an intercultural topic. And the best of all, IT IS YOU who decides what topic is going to be discussed.

The Objectives of CCC-Breaks: Sharing and Learning in an informal virtual setting. Every CCC Break is designed for the max. number of 10 participants in order to allow the maximum of interaction between our participants.
Please provide us with your burning question on the topic of your interest and fill in this google form :-)

SIETAR Europa is going to schedule a zoom meeting and co-facilitate the discussion with you (if you do not wish to co-facilitate please indicate in the google form). No worries regarding the technical background. It is enough if you are available 15 minutes before the CCC-Break starts.

Deadline: 13. April 2018

We are looking forward to hearing your burning questions!

With the best wishes from the SIETAR Europa Virtual Events Team,
