As everything for next year’s congress is prepared, we have begun the process of selecting a location, city and venue for the SIETAR Europa Congress in 2021. Therefore, we invite you to share your interesting location proposals. The target date for the Congress is late May 2021.
Important Details for sending a proposal:
- Expression of Interest: If you are considering making a proposal, please announce the Committee by sending an email to the address below. This should simply state which city or location you are proposing and any relevant contact names. There is no deadline on this, but it would offer the Committee a better visibility on potential proposals, so the sooner, the better.
- Draft proposal: To be sent by the 23th of December 2018. Please submit a draft proposal by this date, comprising the core information. This is NOT mandatory, but it could help clarify work remaining to be done.
- Closing date for proposals. The 10th of January 2019. This is THE important date. No submissions will be accepted after this date.

Note that the selection committee only evaluates submissions which adhere to the formal guidelines specified in the bidding guidelines document. This is to ensure that all submissions are equal in terms of information supplied.
In addition, the bidding document must be prepared using the template which can be found here, using the text type and size indicated to ensure fair comparisons (Calibri, 11pt). Please add any relevant links to online materials in the document.
