A workshop features a combination of presentation/lecture and interaction with the audience.
It should have a well-defined structure and include handouts and visual aids. Within this format a simulation or set of exercises is conducted to teach participants how these methodologies can be used in training and education.
We would like to encourage the presentation and exchange of NEW methods, best practices and tools. The presentation of the established tools, games, etc. can take place during the pre-congress workshops.
It is essential that all workshops that present methodologies in training include a short explanation of the cultural origin of the methods/techniques, theoretical underpinning, and limits and opportunities of application.
