This form of presenting allows 3 individuals to offer TED style 20 minute-presentations, leaving 30 minutes of the session for questions and discussion among the presenters and the audience. That way the exchange of best practices and new approaches is in focus.

Panels should have a chair that is a person different than the three presenters.

Proposals for pre-constituted panels must include: the title of the panel; the name, the title, affiliation, and contact information of the panel organizer; the names, titles, affiliations, and email addresses of all panelists, and a chair. Additionally a description of the panel’s topic (less than 300 words); and abstracts of each presentation (less than 150 words) are to be submitted.
